Tickets on sale through this site are supplied by a variety of official ticket agencies, all of whom are members of The Society of Ticket Agents & Retailers. Finding the tickets you want can be a time consuming and confusing business, which is why london-theatreland.co.uk uses its unique systems to bring together ticket availability from a wide range of suppliers, enabling you to compare prices and seat locations easily and quickly. What types of payment do you accept?
CREDIT CARD 
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Visa Electron, Delta and the JCB Card. All prices listed are in UK Pounds (GBP). The billing address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address where your statements are sent.

I cannot attend the event. What is your refund/return policy? 
If you book an Attraction, Show, Entertainment, Sporting Event, Restaurant or Tour, which is date specific, the tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the performance is cancelled. The tickets agents featured on this site act as an agent only and have no control over the event. The event organiser/venue reserves the right to cancel or abandon any performance/event without notice and without being liable to pay compensation or damage other than at it's sole discretion up to a maximum of the ticket price.

If you book a ticket which is not date specific these may be cancelled to differing levels of cancellation fees which are dependant upon whether or not your tickets have been dispatched to you. Refunds are generally 90% or of your order price if your tickets have not been dispatched or 80% of your order price if your tickets have been dispatched and only upon receipt of the tickets. The tickets should not have been and not used, damaged or defaced in any way.

What if my event is cancelled? 
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets via certified mail or using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made.

What if my tickets are lost or stolen? 
When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

What if I don't receive a confirmation email? 
Please do check you 'SPAM' inbox just in case your email spam filter has incorrectly filtered the confirmation email to you as it is typically sent to you within a few minutes of the order being completed online. If you still have no sign of the confirmation please contact us.

I had a problem online during the purchase process, how do I know whether my order was successful? 
If you have experienced a problem during the online purchase process and have not received an order confirmation email, then please contact us and we will find out what has happened to your ticket order.

I want to buy tickets for a group of more than 8 people, what do I do?? 
For group enquires please complete the group request form.

How are my tickets shipped? 
This depends upon the selection you have made during the purchase process. Either the tickets will be available for your collection at the venue on the day of the event, normally one hour prior to the show time. Or they will be mailed to your billing address.

The billing address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address where your statements are sent.

Can I pick up the tickets from the theatre?
Yes, just select the option to collect the tickets from the venue on the purchase details page .

Can the tickets be delivered to my hotel or office address?
No. Unfortunately tickets must either be sent to the same address as your credit czard billing address, or must be collected from the venue.
