It is time to bring out the superlatives. Not only is the acting tremendous and every visual detail precise, Davies also makes you realise Miller's play is a portrait of a society as well as of a flawed individual.

MULTIPLE-AWARD-WINNING MASTERPIECE

All My Sons, Arthur Miller's 1947 play and his first great success, is a compelling story about social responsibility set against personal gain. Director Howard Davies' acclaimed production of this 20th century classic brings Miller's searing investigation of honesty and guilt to life in a psychologically charged portrayal of the American dream being blown apart as a family faces meltdown.

Joe Keller is the American dream personified a thriving businessman who reveres both family and profit. It is these values that motivated his wartime decision to allow airforce planes to be fitted with defective parts, a decision that resulted in not only the deaths of 21 innocent pilots and the imprisonment of his former partner, but possibly the death of his pilot son Larry, who has been missing in action (and considered dead) for three years.

Joe's wife, Kate, is a proud mother who is unable to accept Larry's death. Their other son, Chris, decides to marry Larry's fiancee Annie ? daughter of Joe's former business partner. In the course of a single day, the ensuing confrontations expose the lies by which they have lived.

Love, guilt, greed and corruption blaze brightly in this star-studded production of All My Sons. David Suchet plays Joe Keller and Zoe Wanamaker plays Kate Keller. Chris Keller is played by Stephen Campbell Moore, while Jemima Rooper plays Annie.
