Why see Naked Boys Singing?

Returning for a forth London run Naked Boys Singing! is a musical comedy revue featuring an original score of 16 songs celebrating the splendours of male nudity.

This perfectly proportioned 70 minute review features 8 good-looking and talented male actors celebrating the glories of the naked make body through a series of catchy, pithy cabaret numbers, both funny and poignant.

Getting their kit off this time around are Matt Beadle, Davis Brook, Michael Cotton, Rudi Last, David Malcolm, Daniel Slade, Will Stokes and, returning to the production, Nathan Taylor. Choreography is by Andrew Wright.

Phil Willmott’s hit London production played at The Kings Head before transferring to the Arts for two seasons and now makes its home at the Charing Cross Theatre

Show was brilliant. Theatre was not!!

A brilliant show about the how male nudity is often hidden, especially here in the uk. If you're looking for a show with male nudity from the start you may be slightly disappointed. However the show wasn't the problem. The venue on the other hand was!!! The staff at the theatre on this particular night (13th of April) were rude to say the least. You would expect some laughter and jeering as the rather sexy men peel off their towels, however do not laugh or comment too loud or you will be threatened with eviction. This may explain, why the theatre was half empty. Again the audience being oppressed on what is already a 'taboo' in British theatre. Night totally ruined by strict librarian staff who clearly haven't had a night out in a while and want to ruin everyone else's good mood.
