Venture into the world's most famous palace
An absolute must-see during the summer months, get your glimpse of the opulent State Rooms in the world's most famous royal palace. As you walk through the 19 State Rooms, admire the exquisite surroundings and famous artwork from the likes of van Dyke, as you learn more about how the Queen and the Royal Family receive foreign dignitaries for celebrations and the like. Top off your visit with an excursion into the huge, immaculately kept Garden where tea parties are hosted, and venture into the souvenir shop to take home a momento of your day.
The White Drawing Room - a beautifully appointed room in cream and gold, notable for having a secret passageway to lead the family and servants to other parts of the Palace! See if you can spot where it is!
The Throne Room - you would have seen this lush red room in 2011 as it served as the background of the formal photographs following the wedding of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
The Garden Cafe - if you have ever wondered what it is like to take tea in the Garden, then make a well-deserved break at the Garden Cafe on the Palace's West Terrace where they serve selection of light refreshments, including tea, coffee, sandwiches and delicious pastries, all from the Palace's dedicated catering team.
