Sound Amplification  
Infra-red system with 8 headsets. You will be asked to sign a receipt. Induction loop at box office.

Guide Dogs  
Guide dogs are not allowed inside the auditorium, but staff are happy to dog-sit for 4 dogs per performance in the manager’s office.

Disabled Access  
Entrance to the foyer through 2 sets of double swing doors. Please let Box Office staff know that you have arrived. Entrance into the Stalls corridor through the third double EXIT door on Earlham Street. From here there is a slight slope down into the stalls, to 2 spaces for wheelchair users at N1 and N34. Transfer seats for up to 4 wheelchair users and 2 scooter users. The wheelchairs and scooters can be stored and will be retrieved by an usher.

Toilets  
Women’s and men’s at the back of the Stalls. At the Royal Circle, the men’s is level from the bar and the women’s is up 3 steps.

Disabled Toilets  
Adapted toilet in Stalls corridor. Ushers have keys.

Limited Mobility  
Aisle seats, seats J1 & J8 and Box A (3 steps up) have the most leg room.

Access to Bars  
3 licensed bars. Access information: Drinks may be brought to disabled customers in the auditorium. Stalls bar down 22 steps with moveable seats. Royal Circle bar 31 steps from the foyer, another bar in Upper Circle.

Telephone  
There is a public cash telephone in the foyer, behind a glass door which opens outwards.
