The Donmar has enjoyed a long association with Stephen Sondheim. When the theatre re-opened in 1992, the first production under Sam Mendes was Assassins and since then the Donmar has produced Company, Merrily We Roll Along, Into The Woods and Pacific Overtures.
Now, in 2010, alongside a brand new production of Sondheim?s Passion, this extraordinary relationship between the Donmar Warehouse and America?s greatest living composer of musicals is also celebrated in four events to mark the composer?s 80th birthday.
