Rob Brydon is a multi-award-winning actor, writer, comedian and presenter known for his warmth, humour and inspired impressions. He has starred in various critically acclaimed comedy series having first came to the public’s attention in 2000 with two hit shows, BAFTA nominated ‘Marion and Geoff’ and ‘Human Remains’ - winning British Comedy Awards for both.

Since then his credits have included ‘Directors Commentary’, ‘Rob Brydon’s Annually Retentive’ and ‘The Keith Barret Show’. More recently Rob has been seen as the much loved Uncle Bryn in the multi-award winning, hit show ‘Gavin and Stacey’, his BAFTA nominated chat show ‘The Rob Brydon Show’ and BAFTA nominated ‘The Trip’ with Steve Coogan.

This unique book tour sees Rob delving into his past and intimately sharing his rise to stardom. Rob will explore his childhood spent in South Wales and how his hearty burr soon resounded across the airwaves. He will uncover just how he became the voice behind almost every household brand in the country and the lengths at which he went to in order to turn his love of acting into an illustrious career.

Small Man in A Book is a funny, heartfelt, honest memoir of how a young man from Wales very slowly became an overnight success.
