If you have access issues, use a wheelchair or need assistance in any way for your visit to the Chocolate Factory we are happy to help. We ask that all customers who are visiting the theatre or restaurant give as much information as possible when booking with the box office, or venue so that we can help with any queries and arrange seating as necessary.
Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair access into the building is via our main entrance on Southwark Street. You should ask at the front desk of the restaurant for assistance into our step-free entrance.
There are disabled toilet facilities on the same level as the restaurant.
If you are visiting the theatre, we will have a member of staff assist you with entering the theatre and getting comfortable. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts in order to facilitate this.
The theatre can take one wheelchair per performance, located at the front of the auditorium with an excellent view of the stage. There will always be at least one space available next to the wheelchair space for a companion.
There is a concession rate for those registered disabled plus one companion, (providing we have not sold out of concession tickets for that performance).
Please note ALL wheelchair spaces need to be booked in advance of your visit.
