Man's relationship with the earth is the basis for this latest work by Motionhouse, following their worldwide smash Scattered. Combining athletic modern dance with visual projections and high-octane music, dancers explore the rapidly changing world in which we live; from primitive caves to steel and glass high-rise buildings, and comparing the mythical underworld with today's frenetic pace with modern technology.
Prepare to see dancers dangling in suspense over the stage that represents cracks in the earth, before diving for support and scrambling to safety in an ever-changing world of illusion and nature. The new work is designed by frequent collaborator Simon Dormon, with the visual effects supplied by Logela Multimedia, leaders in digital innovation.
Opening night: 6 April 2016
