Seating
There are four adapted spaces for wheelchairs in the stalls at the back of the Auditorium on a flat level. One wheelchair can be seated with one personal assistant or carer. It is vital that you mention this when booking your seats.

Audio System
An infra-red audio system is available in the Auditorium. The device is similar to a set of headphones, enabling the sound to be magnified through earpieces and used without a hearing aid.

There are a limited number of headsets available and these should be booked in advance at the Box Office. Headsets may be collected from the Kiosk in the foyer. We require a deposit (currently £5). This will be returned when the headset is handed in at the end of the performance.

The theatre also has an Induction Loop. This enables you to listen to the performance using your own hearing aid. For the loop to work, you will need to set your hearing aid to the ‘T’ position. If your hearing aid doesn’t have a ‘T’ setting the induction loop will not work.

Guide Dogs
Guide, hearing and other working dogs are welcome in all parts of the theatre. Please inform the Box Office at time of booking.

An adapted toilet is accessible to wheelchair users on the Stalls level of the theatre.

There are a number of British Sign Language Interpreted performances every season. Please check the performances tab for a list.

There is free parking on The Green and the Old Deer Park after 6.30pm.

The nearest secure car park is the Richmond Station Multi Storey Car Park in The Quadrant, Kew Road. This is an NCP car park so there is a charge but it has CCTV, disabled parking, a lift to all floors and help points on all levels.
