Wheelchair Spaces
Twelve wheelchair spaces with adjacent companion spaces are situated in the Stalls at Ground level. In ddition there are six wheelchair spaces with adjacent companion spaces in the Circle at sections P, R,V and X. Please note, that due to the physical limitations of the circular shape of the auditorium, the spaces in
the Circle are more suitable for customers with good upper body mobility.There are also four spaces within the standing area of the Gallery.

Wheelchairs
We have four wheelchairs for customers’ use, subject to availability, which can be reserved in advance by calling the access line on 020 7838 3110. Alternatively you can request one on arrival from our stewards.

Assisted Hearing Facilities
The auditorium has an infra-red system with a number of personal receivers for use with or without hearing aids.To make use of this service, collect a free receiver from the information desk at Door 6, Ground floor. Please note that there is no loop system in the auditorium

Both counters at the Box Office have an induction loop system.You can use this by adjusting your hearing aid to the ‘T’ setting.

Selected performances at the Hall are audio introduced. Please telephone the access line on 020 7838 3110 to find out more about this service.

Large Print Programmes
The Royal Albert Hall encourages event promoters to produce large print programmes for visually impaired customers.To order a large print programme, please contact the Box Office access line on 020 7838 3110 or email access@royalalberthall.com at least 5 working days in advance of the performance that you will be
attending. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that promoters will always offer this service.

Programme-reading Service
A programme reading service, provided by our stewards, is available; please contact Door 6 on arrival for further information

Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs
Guide and Hearing Dogs are welcome at the Hall. Please let us know when you are booking your tickets so that we can offer appropriate box seating where your dog can remain with you during the performance. If you prefer, or if you are sitting in an area which is unsuitable for dogs, you may leave your dog with a cloakroom steward until the end of the performance.

Food & Drink
The Hall has three restaurants, and bars on every level (except Gallery), catering for a variety
of tastes. All restaurants and bars are accessible to wheelchair users.These all contain flexible
seating with pedestal tables (75cm), with the bars using lower level shelving for drinks orders.
For most performances, all three restaurants and a number of bars open 2 hours before the start
of the performance. All other public bars usually open 45 minutes prior to the performance and
during intervals.

Menus for all restaurants and box catering can be downloaded from the Hall’s website,
www.royalalberthall.com. Menus are also available in large print format within each restaurant.
