Former Sex and the City Star Kim Cattrall returns to the London stage in a brand new play by Penelope Skinner's new play concerns Linda, a 55-year-old business woman who seemingly has it all; wealth, glamour, and a loving family. However, she is determined to have one more throw of the dice and embarks on an ambitious plan to satisfy her dissatisfaction at been written off as old, due to her age.. However, it isn't long until cracks start to appear in the plans, and everything that she has worked and strove for is under threat.
Linda, a successful marketing executive for a British beauty company is one of the first portrayals of an older, flawed female character, and has been likened to Johnny ‘Rooster’ Byron, created by theatre legend Mark Rylance in Jez Butterworth's Jerusalem. Despite married with two grown daughters and a loving family with all the trappings of wealth, her desire for more success despite being viewed as old, sets her on a course of destruction.
