Patrons with special requirements:
Patrons with disabilities or specific seating requirements should book with the Box Office direct.  Bookings for specific seats should be made early to avoid disappointment.  The information below may be of assistance.

Patrons with walking difficulties:
- There are three shallow steps from the pavement through swing doors to the foyer
- There are 5 steps into the back of the dress circle and two steps between rows
- WCs are available on the foyer level
- All staircases have hand rails and the steps are highlighted
- The stalls are down a long staircase which is unsuitable for those with walking difficulties

Patrons with hearing difficulties:
- There will be a signed performance of The Mousetrap at 8pm on Thursday 3rd November 2005
- Tickets for the signed performance may be booked by ringing the box office on 0870 162 8787
- There is an infra-red hearing system installed in the theatre
- A deposit is required for use of  headsets
- Please inform Box Office at the time of booking of this requirement
- Please speak to a member of staff on arrival

Patrons in wheelchairs:
- There are wheelchair spaces in row F of the Dress Circle and the Dress Circle boxes
- Wheelchair patrons must be accompanied by an able-bodied adult to fulfil the licensing requirements of the theatre. Interval refreshments can be provided in the auditorium - please ask for the manager upon arrival. The Box Office should be notified at the time of booking as wheelchair patrons have special booking privileges
