Having hung up his tap shoes from Strictly Come Dancing, this show goes some way to show that there is a spark or 20 in this footloose entertainment veteran yet, with a one-night-only return to his roots in variety entertainment at the London Palladium, the stage that he is proud to call "home".
or the first time in 20 years at this iconic venue, Brucie will be utilising his skills in comedy, song, dance, not to mention a game of hilarious Generation Game-style audience participation. He will be accompanied by Strictly's band leader Dave Arch, in what is expected to be a night to remember, a little piece of show business history for you to savour.
Bruce set out on his well-documented career at the tender ager of 14, right in the middle of World War II; his first act was called "Boy Bruce The Mighty Atom". He later reached stardom in 1958 when he was chosen to host Sunday Night at the London Palladium. Since then he has remained a best-loved entertainer and is recognised as one of the most respected performers on British television.
