Goldberg's first ever UK comedy gig is coming soon!
For the first time ever, Hollywood actress, comedian and political commentator Whoopi Goldberg will be bringing her acclaimed stand-up show to the UK! As one of the elite Hollywood stars who have acquired the Oscar, Tony, Grammy and Emmy awards, Goldberg's one-night only gig at the London Palladium will be a hugely popular affair, with the dreadlocked, impish grinned and straight-talking woman refusing to take any prisoners. Completely uncensored, Goldberg's material will be divisive, sweary, controversial and all-round awesome.
Although most of the world watches Goldberg as the co-host of "The View" on Youtube, her incredible talents as performer have seen her add both comedic and dramatic turns in Sister Act, The Color Purple, Ghost, Corrina, Corrina, How Stella Got Her Groove Back and The Player to her lengthy CV. Recognised for her pioneering work in the Hollywood film industry as an African-American woman, she has since returned to television starring opposite Ernie Hudson in new sitcom Delores and Jermaine.
