The Game's Tom Hughes joins Niamh Cusack and Anthony Head in a haunting play about the last hours before an execution. We meet Simon as he awaits execution in a Chinese prison following his conviction for killing a prostitute. However, before his sentence is carried out, he is allowed one last visit by his parents, played by Cusack and Head. They wait breathlessly as they see if his appeal will be successful at the last hour (even the Prime Minister is calling for his sentence to be commuted, however Simon has a more pressing matter on his hands - does he confront his father over a long-buried secret, or leave it to rest and say his goodbyes to his distraught parents without rocking the boat?

This new production is the debut play of film director Paul Andrew Williams, and plays at the Trafalgar Studios for a limited five-week engagement. Join the Baron family as they nervously await Simon's fate in this punchy and unflinching play, as they struggle with the fear that his death by firing squad may be just around the corner.
