HELP : TICKET ISSUES

If you have already bought your tickets online through this website please read the advice below which should help answer your questions.

PLEASE NOTE : If you did not purchase your tickets online through this website, please refer to orignal website where you did purchase the tickets as they will be much better equipped to help you quickly. We are NOT the venue/theatre and do not have access to all ticket histories.

Q: I have not received a confirmation for my ticket purchase - what should I do?
A: When you purchase online through this site you should receive an email within a few minutes confirming your purchase to the email address entered on the purchase page. Occasionally you may have trouble receiving this confirmation email. The first thing to do is to check your spam box in your email in case the email has been filtered and wrongly stopped as spam, which can happen sometimes. Second, please make sure that if you have multiple email addresses you are checking the inbox for the email address you entered on the purchase form.

If after checking these items you still have no trace of the email, but have printed a copy of the purchase screen, please check carefully that you entered the correct email address. If you have the booking reference number then please select from one of the following options to enquire about your purchase:

Option One : if the booking reference number is in the format [1234567] then please click here

Option Two : if the booking reference number is inthe fomat [XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX] then please click here

Option Three : if you didn't make a copy of the purchase page and do not have the booking reference number then click here

Please make sure that you include all the relevant information in these emails to enable us to track the bookings. Dates, number of tickets, show name, venue and your full name are essential.

Q: I purchased the tickets but they have not arrived?
A: Please first check your original purchase to see the method of delivery that you have selected. If you selected 'COBO' that means Care Of the Box Office at the venue and your tickets will be waiting for you from 1 hour prior to the performance. If you selected delivery to your address please refer to the booking confirmation email and the support email and telephone numbers listed in that email.

Q: I have lost my tickets and need to get them re-issued?
A: Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the correct support number to call. If you cannot find this either please give us as much information as you can so that we can do our best to trace your ticket purchase in an email to us click here
