The best play I have seen in years! I laughed so much, I cried. If you want meaning and depth, then this isn't for you. If you want to be entertained and made to double over in laughter, then get a ticket quickly before they are all sold out!! Just extraordinary.

What a hilariously funny play. The characters were brilliant. A great cast. I was laughing out loud for most of the time, very cleverly done and the costumes fabulous. Well done and the Old Vic, such a charming theatre. Loved it.

A total crowd pleaser

A Flea In Her Ear is a fascinating example of what can happen when you throw together a load of wonderful misunderstandings, wonderful characters, wonderful stage actors and a wonderful set. It is pretty flawless up until the end of the second act. It's hysterical at times, and Tom Hollander is magnificent in his two contrasting roles as a smarmy rich man and a bumbling hotel porter. It's extremely unfortunate that the final act seemed to lose it's way and sadly didn't live up to the brilliant first two. I seriously recommend it for the younger theatre audiences out there. And the older generations who love a bit of slapstick - perhaps even Laurel & Hardy fans would find this a compelling bit of theatre.

Well acted, but...

Well acted and directed, but I did not find this funny. Take any cliché of farce and it's in this play. There is no wit or clever humour, just obvious 'cringey' jokes and scenarios. Not for me.
