FUNNY, LOVEABLE AND DEEPER THAN EVERYONE ELSE IS MAKING OUT

THIS PLAY IS GOOD! Well written, with exciting characters, I'm a little confused as to why people dislike this play. It is true that Tamsin Grieg dominates the play, but the rest of the cast make up a well formed team. Rupert Friend is quietly convincing and believable as a man struggling with the pressures of fame on his private life. Harry Lloyd is the best performer, aside from Grieg, who has more experience. He is an amazing and talented actor who brought a loveable quality and sexiness to the role. Unfortunaltey, the role that Gemma Arterton has is a bit of an annoying character who just seems to get in the way a bit. But she plays the role expertly, showing a lonely but selfish socialite. I loved this play and when I saw it on the 9th, i followed a stream of people in tears at it's realistic and bittersweet ending. A play that will stay with you for a long time, this play is important to understanding how Hollywood works, and well worth £40 for a good ticket!!

HILARIOUS

This is just brilliant. I laughed so much. The cast is great. Especially Tamsin Greig who is a comic genius. Clever, simple staging and fizzy, sassy writing. We had a fantastic time. The rest of the audience did too. Lots of applauding, cheering and laghing throughout.

EXCELLENT

This play is well worth seeing. It highlights what the real world is like. We may have civil partnerships but privately a lot of people still find homosexuality hard to deal with. If people want to be succesful in their careers they still often have to hide the truth about their sexuality. We need more plays like this in the West End.

EXCELLENT

I went to see this play recently. I wanted to see how Tamsin Greig was doing. All four actors did brilliant work. How do they learn so many lines and keep performing at such a level day after day?! My brain probably couldn't cope! The set was relatively simple but the support staff had to get everything just right: spotlights, moving the bed, etc. I couldn't see any flaws. The story moved along pretty fast and I had to give my full attention to keep up. The actors seemed to be having fun. Someone should throw pants on stage at the end, maybe with some flowers inside.

THE LITTLE DOG LAUGHED

Original, funny, entertaining and poignant evening. I thought the performances were all excellent. Very different, but great fun.

I SAW THIS TODAY AND LOVED IT!

The little dog laughed is really brilliant and had the audience shocked and reeling with laughter. The script is fast and furious and was an amazing feat for the cast of four. I loved it and would recommend this to anyone not easily shocked by references to homosexuality and a tiny bit of nudity.

GOOD FUN

I was planning to buy some tickets for this show as I always loved Tamsan Grieg. In the end I didn't as I was put off by the initial bad reviews on this site. As luck would have it though, I won some tickets for yesterday's show and I have to say I am very glad I did as I would have missed a great show. With her opening monologue, Tamsan got the crowd involved and we never looked back. Especially the 2nd act is very good. Definitely recommended for a fun evening out.
