What an amazing show! A really must go experience for anyone who loves Carole King, musicals or just enjoying the experience of a really top show. The cast were excellent, the music fabulous - whoever knew that this great singer-songwriter penned all these hit tunes from the age of just 16. As for the star of the show - words are just not enough. See it and wonder! I would go again in a heartbeat and so would all my friends who have seen it.

FANTASTIC, MOVING SHOW.

Carole King helped me through my difficult late teen years, I played Tapestry over and over and identified with the words of her songs. Show was incredible, loved it from start to finish! I'd love to go again. Absolutely fantastic show!

FANTASTIC, FUN SHOW

Thoroughly enjoyed this show. I haven't been to the theatre for years and we had so much fun. Fantastic performances with good humour and great music. The whole audience had a great time, worth every penny.

BEAUTIFUL

Amazing show by amazing multi-tasking cast. Molly-Grace Cutler who played Carole King was incredible, I would recommend Beautiful to any age group as Carole King's songwriting is second to none. Our seats in the stalls gave us a perfect view which topped off a brilliant matinee performance. Afterwards we dined at Burnt Orange which is a 10 minute walk away through the Lanes which I would strongly recommend.

OUTSTANDING THEATRE GOLD!

As a regular theatre goer, I really can't recommend this show enough. It's fast paced from beginning to end. Showing various groups and singers performing the works of Carole King. It was like watching music royalty. If you love singing, dancing, music and of course a fantastic true story please don't miss this absolutely fantastic musical that will take you on the journey of your life at top speed.

WHAT A PERFORMANCE

We had tickets for an earlier performance which was cancelled during the pandemic so we were eagerly awaiting this show ,which did not disappoint. All the cast were terrific but the performance by the actor playing Carol was amazing- It was a wonderful way to combine the songs with the real story.

THOROUGHLY ENJOYABLE

As far as juke box musicals and bio dramas go Beautiful is at the quality end of the genres. The pace is snappy but allows room for feelings, the a company work slickly together without making the show seem hollow and Katie Brayben manages to channel Carole King touchingly as she makes her way from sixteen year old virgin wannabe songwriter to divorced single mom and world-clas solo artist. And every song is a winner - boy did Carole write some brilliant tunes.

TERRIFIC

Such wonderful songs and a good story of Carole King's life . The show is full of great music that we all love and remember , all well performed by an enthusiastic cast . As well as those delicious Goffin / King songs , that we all remember , there is the added bonus of the Mann / Weil songs and the friendship and rivalry between the 2 songwriting teams . Quite simply Beautiful is a fun show , with a good story linked by wonderful music - well worth seeing .
