Midnight Movie

November 27 - December 21, 2019

Experimental playwright Eve Leigh is becoming an increasingly intriguing voice in UK theatre.

Why See Midnight Movie?

Plays

The possibilities are endless

Innovative playwright Eve Leigh (The Trick) takes us into the heart of the online experience, namely the identities we create for ourselves in this exciting new venture premiering at the Royal Court this winter. Layering spoken word, performance, British Sign Language, audio descriptions and subtitles, Midnight Movie is billed as a relaxed production, open to a full range of abilities.

Alongside the narrative connecting our characters through the internet, each night will feature a very own real audience ready to participate. In a world saturated with ever more information, Midnight Movie is likely to be a captivating adventure that questions our behavior and who we become when we log on.
