OUTSTANDING

I went to this show on Sunday and thought it was first-class entertainment. The singing was superb, it was an excellent production, I could have sat through it all again. If you haven't been yet I would urge you to go, you won't be disappointed and the songs will spin around your head for days. Those guys were fantastic! You will leave the theatre wanting more.

"FANTASTIC SHOW"

My partner and I went to see the Jersey Boys on Saturday 19th June 2011. Our seats were close to the front and,"WOW WHAT A FANTASTIC SHOW" The Cast were great. So much happy and sad memories were lifted from our hearts. We enjoyed it from start to finish. I have been recommending this play to every one I meet. After the show we opted to have a meal at the Angus Steak House nearby. It was late but the staff were warm and welcoming. Our Steak Salad was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. I can say I had a brilliant evening.

FOR THE WRITERS

Well, there would be 10 stars, actually, if there'd been the choice - this is NOT your average musical where people burst into song mid-sentence at random points of a story that's hard to follow.. NO Sir! This is the best piece of writing ever put on stage -all credit to 'Ric Elice and Marshall Brickman. Couple superb writing with meticulously detailed and brilliantly planned choreography (Sergio Trujillo) and this is a true gem, as shows go. It deserves all the rave and celebration it gets, and playing in London, Australia, Vegas, NYC and the touring cast STILL going, (ADD Aukland, NewZealand, and a return to Chicago coming in 2012) just proves that 13 million people worlwide can't be wrong!! It's already a piece of theatre history - make sure you are part of it too.

What we thought

If you've seen it before, I recommend seeing it again to see how the new cast and theatre, and newcomers will delight in the sheer toe-tapping fabulousity of the numbers.

Even if you weren't a twinkle in your parents' eyes in the Sixties, Jersey Boys has plenty of catchy non-stop hits that you are bound to recognise.
