The Circus of Horrors : London After Midnight was the undeniably thrilling 18th birthday celebration of the shock-show, storming the Lyric Theatre with their unique brand of gruesome and awesome hi-jinks, to the storming sound of in house rock and roll band Interceptors From Hell.

Led by the infamous Dr Haze, London After Midnight is based on this lost horror film, detailing the most terrifying events in the capital's history, from the pussing boils of the plague, The Great Fire and a handful of the most sinister murderers that made London their hunting grounds.

Not for the feint hearted, the show included the weird wonders that we love from The Circus, from dangerous feats of insanity, such as fire breathing and sword swallowing, to aerial and acrobatic marvels, with more than a touch of Gothic trickery set to a hard rocking score.

18 years of bloody rock and roll!

Since their beginnings at Glastonbury Festival, they have continued to scare and amaze, getting through to the semi Finals of Britain's Got Talent with their crazy action-packed antics! Half freak-show, half old-school carnival, The Circus of Horrors are a national institution on the rise, bringing cirque kicking and screaming to mainstream, in a way that was described by Amanda Holden as 'Like the Rocky Horror show on acid'!
