LOVED IT! I WAS PULLED IN BY THE EXCEPTIONAL ACTING
Michael Mayer has directed a very emotional/stylish revival of FUNNY GIRL with Sheridan Smith in the title role and a revised book by Harvey Fierstein. Ms. Smith is so different from Barbra it enabled me to forget the original and enjoy her exquisite work -- I'll be amazed if this doesn't come to NYC!

ENTERTAINING fun Comical!
Funny Girl is a hugely entertaining ride
Easily banishing the spectre of Streisand with a mile-a-minute comic performance, Sheridan Smith was a barely constrained burst of energy, who had the audience in the palm of her hand.
