A Brand New Cast and Theatre for 2:22 A Ghost Story!

2:22 A Ghost Story is moving to the Lyric Theatre with former Girls Aloud pop-star Cheryl making her West End debut!

2:22 A Ghost Story has dropped not one, but two huge announcements! 2023 will be a huge year for the production as they move into the Lyric Theatre and bring with them a brand new cast featuring pop-star Cheryl!

Directed by Matthew Dunster, 2:22 A Ghost Story opened in 2021 with a cast featuring Lily Allen and Jake Wood. Since then we've seen many faces come and go, including Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Mandip Kaur Gill (Hollyoaks), and James Buckley (The Inbetweeners). But one name that's now got the town talking is of someone who needs little to no introduction, the queen of pop, former Girls Aloud singer Cheryl.

Cheryl will be joined by Hugo Chegwin, Scott Karim and Louise Ford as the brand new cast take the newest run to a fresh West End venue, the Lyric Theatre in January 2023.

WEST END DEBUT

Cheryl will be making her West End debut in this thriller, but this isn't her first time around ghosts. Maybe she'll bring her Most Haunted (2006) experience with her, which saw the Girls Aloud group join Yvette Fielding and cast in exploring spooky locations around the UK - hopefully the script will include her iconic line "just tap the f- table!".

what is 2:22 a ghost story about?

Both funny and scary, 2:22 will take you on an adrenaline-fueled night as Jenny is sure her new house is haunted and is on a mission of trying to convince her skeptic husband Sam. During a dinner party with friends Lauren and Ben, the group starts to feel strange energy looming over them, something is getting closer. Will staying up until 2:22 give them the answers they want? Are ghosts real? Or will skeptic Sam have the last laugh?
