CHRISTMAS COCKTAIL OF CLASSICS
Sherlock has a scrooge-like epiphany whilst solving the murder of scrooge! Two classic characters, two classic tales, two hours of pleasure in the company of six brilliant actors. Ben Caplan holds the concept together as Holmes. Kammy Darweish is a bravado Scrooge but it is the multiple roles played by Richard James, Rosie Armstrong, Devesh Kishore and Louise Hoare that bring the energy and delight. James and Hoare particularly excel and scrooge's housekeeper and the blundering Inspector Lestrade. The slickness and speed of the changes and characterisations is a testament to both the on, and off stage, performance.
