Excellent play; well worth watching. Diana is portrayed brilliantly and the intimacy of the Park Theatre allows you to sense the tension and the atmosphere between her and Bashir.

superb

This isn't a play: it is a weird, manipulative dance between two flawed, tragic people and the question is, who is manipulating who? I found it utterly spellbinding and the cast are uniformly superb. Not sure it's suitable for kids under 16.

Totally absorbing

This is the story of the famous but tainted interview Princess Diana gave to Martin Bashir of the BBC. It deals with the lead up to it and the fall out from it. It is brilliantly acted and staged and wonderfully gripping: I was drawn in from the very first second right until the brilliant ending. Thoroughly recommended!

Utterly compelling. You think you know the story - but you don’t. Brilliant performances, sinewy direction. Diana and Bashir lock themselves into a sensual but ultimately self destructive dance. And there’s plenty to argue about: who was manipulating who, exactly? Wonderful.

Best thing I've seen in years

A serious piece of quality drama that left me wanting more. I like the way they portrayed Diana and Bashir: a Garden of Eden type scenario, she was the innocent victim - up to a point- he was the deadly serpent. You think you know the story but realise afterwards you didn't. I agree with the other reviews this is as much a dance as a play. Wonderful. I wish they'd do something about the lights though we were blinded a couple of times.

Terrific

I didn’t know what to expect, but this was a gripping play of 2 halves. The first was a sensual dance between two people manipulating each other, the second a fascinating debate on journalistic ethics and the concept of controlling your own truth. interestingly, my two twenty year old daughters both loved it.
