Being a sex symbol has to do with an attitude, not looks. Most men think it's looks, most women know otherwise.
With that voice, it's a surprise Kathleen Turner has never stepped up to the mic before, but in come spring 2018, that's about to change! The iconic Hollywood and stage actress will be working her way through the Great American Songbook, marking her cabaret debut.
Hailing from Missouri, Turner has steadily been performing professionally since the early 1970s. Her bombshell image, husky drawl and talent first made waves in the sizzling Body Heat, for which she earned her first Golden Globe nomination (she now has two of the gongs.) Since then, she's appeared in scores of movies including Romancing the Stone, The Jewel of the Nile, The Virgin Suicides, alongside turns in Friends and Family Guy. Reminiscing on her storied life and career between tunes, this brand new show is likely to be a memorable evening in the company of a true legend.
