The 30 million minutes of the title actually refers to French's age (give or take).The show is less stand-up, more of a public declaration of the various events and even tragedy that has shaped her life and career. From the breakdown of her marriage to fellow comic Lenny Henry, to the intrusive headlines following her subsequent weight loss (Anne Diamond, we're looking at you), French uses these experiences to inform her comedy and never shies away from the difficult subjects.
