Directed by Olivier nominee Anna Ledwich (Four Minutes Twelve Seconds; Dry Powder), the play is a thematically rich portrait of how family ties can collide with the longing to forge one's own creative path, told through the story of Mary Ann Evans a.k.a. George Eliot, one of the country's greatest ever novelists.
