The Jungle wows critics!

Joe Murphy and Joe Robertson's heart wrenching and timely play completed its West End transfer last as it opened at the Playhouse Theatre witch rapturous praise from the critics!


The Stage awarded the production with five stars calling it 'atmospheric, stirring and profound', adding, 'The Jungle features stellar performances across the ensemble... Amiri's Norullah is a revelation. His charm is irresistible as he bounds about with an exuberance so grand the space can barely contain him. He is magnificent.'


The Evening Standard said that 'The Jungle isn't preachy. Instead it proves tense, moving and courageous. A tribute to hope and resourcefulness, it’s also a sobering reminder of political issues that remain tragically unresolved' and awarded the production with five stars!
