A very different kind of comedy show

Comedian and writer and mental health advocate Ruby Wax returns to London with her Sane New World tour, examining her own learning from her recently completed Masters Degree in mindfulness and cognitive therapy and sharing her own experience in a unique show that mixes wit and wisdom, delivered with her trademark biting style.

At a time when our minds are full of insignificant information, constant bad news, social networks and ever deepening addiction with smart phones, Sane New World argues that our brains can't cope without some degree of self-examination and seeks to teach us how to combat feelings of anxiety and depression with mindfulness and therapy.
