To Sir, With Love

An iconic story
Why see To Sir, With Love?
Lulu Stars!
All-round icon Lulu goes back to where it all started, starring in the story that first catapulted her to acting fame! To Sir, With Love is a new concert production of the original tale, produced by Kris Lythgoe and Darren Bell, with a fresh new score by John Farrar and Kara DioGuardi. Directed by Sheldon Epps and featuring Wayne Brady and Lulu herself - nearly six decades after her film debut alongside Sydney Poitier proved to the world she was far more than just a singer - the special production is staged at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in November!
What Is It About?
Based on E.R. Braithwaite's memoir, To Sir, With Love follows Rick Braithwaite, a principled teacher who steps into a tough East End London school after serving as a fighter pilot in the RAF. Confronted by prejudice and disillusioned youth, Braithwaite inspires change in the students, not through discipline, but through respect and empathy.
