For the first time outside of the Regents Park Open Air Theatre's annual summer season, the venue plays host to the global premiere of the stage version of Bear Snores On, Karma Wilson and Jane Chapman's children's bestseller! In the deep, dark winter, the bear's lair is the warmest place in the woods and many different animals come inside to get warm, including a mouse. But even though he has visitors turning up, the sleepy bear just keeps snoring on!
Written for stage and co-directed by Olivier Award winning actor and writer Cush Jumbo OBE and Katy Sechiari, the delightful adaptation features music from composer Harry Blake (Captain Corelli's Mandolin). A joyful family adventure for ages 4 and up!
Performance date: 1 January 1970
