Why See The Overtones?

Concerts

From humble beginnings....

This exceptional five-piece male harmony troupe who were discovered by a Warner Bros executive whilst working as decorators on Oxford Street, of all places! These guys cite the doo-wop genre of the 1950s mixed with R&B and modern pop music as their main influences, however on their debut 2010 album, they have penned their own songs including their debut single first single "Gambling Man".

Dubbed the "Take That of harmony", the quintet are yet another of the unlikely groups including Cornish fishermen, Chelsea pensioners and nuns to score recording contracts in less-than conventional ways. Having supported Matt Goss during his solo UK tour, they have also supported Cliff Richard and following the release of their upcoming album Sweet Soul Music.
