A modern retelling of the tale of Orpheus and the Underworld.
The Greek tale of Orpheus is expanded in this re-vamped musical by Sam Cassidy and directed by Arlene Philips that uses the adventures of the mythological musician and prophet to explore the terrifying cultural phenomenon that takes some of our greatest musicians way before their time. A rocking yet poignant look at social and cultural reactions to addiction and mental health, don't miss this special workshop production - running for nine performances only.
Originally debuting in 2016 as '27', (a look at members of the doomed '27 club' such as Janis Joplin, Kurt Cobain, Hendrix and Winehouse,) the show has received an exciting update for its Other Palace run and hopes to win more fans during this workshop presentation. If the hype is anything to go by, we're sure it will be the stuff of legend.
