Sherlock star Martin Freeman teams up with Green Wing's Tamsin Grieg for this brand new comedy about the Labour Party and its changing fortunes from Kinnock to Corbyn. Freeman is MP David Lyons, a Blairite moderniser with electability and soundbites on his mind, whilst Greig is Jean Whittaker, his constituency agent who tries to keep his cares on his community, a Northern town worlds away from the posturing and pomp of Westminster.

Labour of Love represents his chance to explore the growing disconnect in the party through his own experiences growing up in Labour heartland Mansfield.
