An Evening of Groundbreaking Choreography

Groundbreaking UK ballet company and resident Sadler's Wells associate artists BalletBoyz present an exciting programme of four works by a host of iconic international choreographers and composers. Regular Royal Opera House collaborator Javier de Frutos, Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood, renowned Spanish choreographer Ivan Perez and UK dance icon Christopher Wheeldon OBE explore the theme of balance vs. imbalance in their arresting new works.

Sadler's Wells associate artist Russell Maliphant's Fallen will be performed during the latter half of the evening. A kinetic feast for the eyes, the piece was commissioned for the BalletBoyz in 2013 and debuted to much critical acclaim. Its striking and intricate choreography employs lifts, rolls, and balances in slow-motion to suspend and stretch time.
