Table 17
They haven’t spoken in seven years. Tonight they’re having dinner...

Two exes, now strangers, meet again...

After acclaimed runs in New York and Los Angeles, Douglas Lyons' award-winning play makes its UK premiere at Kiln Theatre, directed by Zhailon Levingston. Starring Marisha Wallace as Jada and Michael Rishawn as River/Eric, this contemporary play sits two people across from each other, with much left unsaid.
Jada and Dallas used to be engaged. Now they're strangers who've agreed, against better judgment, to sit down for dinner and "clear the air." What starts with politeness and careful smiles, rehearsed updates, and an attempt at maturity soon slips into old jokes and even older wounds. Is this a catch-up, or a rehash of everything they've tried to leave behind?
They both say they've moved on. This night keeps testing that claim.
Please note: The producers can't guarantee the appearance of any performers on any specific date.
