Clueless the Musical Is Saying Farewell to the West End

Kevin, July 14th, 2025

Ugh, as if it could last forever!

We're not totally buggin' this time - Clueless: The Musical in the West End will now play its final performance on 23 August 2025. With music by Suddenly I See' queen KT Tunstall, the show inspired by Emma (the Jane Austen novel) and, of course, the iconic 1995 film that taught a generation how to match plaids will be saying bye bye bye to Trafalgar Theatre!

A UK tour is in the works, and we are totally keeping our ears to the ground (and our flip phones on loud) for more.

So, if you haven't seen it yet - or want one last blast of high school drama, grab your tickets before Cher and co. peace out.

About The Show

Inspired by Emma (the Jane Austen novel) and, of course, the iconic 1995 film that taught a generation how to match plaid, the stage show follows Beverly Hills queen bee Cher Horowitz a girl who's never met a love life she couldn't meddle in. With lyrics by Grammy winner Glenn Slater and a script by Amy Heckerling (who wrote and directed the original film), the stage adaptation brings all the classic Clueless sparkle with some serious legacy.

This version had its trial makeover at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley before hitting London and came out of the changing room looking flawless, with Paloma Young's costumes giving full fashion fantasy.

Cher is played by Emma Flynn, with Keelan McAuley as Josh. Chyna-Rose Frederick as Dionne, Romona Lewis-Malley as Tai and Rabi Konde as Murray.
