Olivier Award-winner Sam Yates (VANYA, Magpie) directs BAFTA-winner Josh O'Connor (The Crown, Challengers) in a gripping revival of Clifford Odets' American classic Golden Boy, accompanied by a live string quartet. A symbol of the moral and emotional price of success, Golden Boy became a major motion picture in 1939 during the Golden Age of cinema, with countless revivals. The play received eight 2013 Tony Award nominations, including Best Revival of a Play and Best Performance by an Actor.
What's the Story?

But when the lure of fame and fortune pulls him into the harsh, unforgiving world of professional boxing, Joe finds himself at a crossroads.
