Celebrate more than five decades of legendary lyricist Don Black, who has penned some of the world’s most beloved songs for stage and screen, including music from Aspects of Love, The Italian Job and five iconic James Bond themes.
Coming to the Garrick Theatre for a strictly limited 15-performance run this October, From The Heart stars Olivier Award winner Clive Rowe (Hadestown, Guys and Dolls) and international star Caroline O’Connor (Chicago, Mack and Mabel), with more casting to be announced.
About The Show
Inspired by the New York cabaret scene that fuelled his passion for performance, From The Heart features brand new songs written alongside some of the biggest names in music, including Gary Barlow, Natasha Bedingfield, David Arnold, Debbie Wiseman and Mike Batt.
But every night brings a new surprise, with a special guest joining the cast before the evening builds to a sensational finale packed with some of Don Black’s greatest hits. Expect to hear classics including Born Free, Ben, Love Changes Everything, With One Look, To Sir With Love and As If We Never Said Goodbye, alongside a tribute to his James Bond themes, including Diamonds Are Forever, Thunderball, The Man With The Golden Gun, and The World Is Not Enough.
