Written and directed by Ben Elton and soundtracked by a slew of era-appropriate hits, discover the story of the iconic model, from her early days in working-class Neasdon to an international pop-culture phenomenon, who became as synonymous with the decade as The Beatles.

We admit the word icon gets bandied about a lot these days but in the case of Lesley Lawson, A.K.A Twiggy, it's completely correct! During the heyday of the '60s and '70s, her visage came to embody the era, soulfully staring out across the years, empowering women and girls, and is to this day a highly sought-after model, author, broadcaster, and activist.
