The strange but true crime masterpiece returns
Kenrex, the critically acclaimed one-man play created by Jack Holden and Ed Stambollouian, returns to London following a five-star run at Southwark Playhouse. Directed by Stambollouian, the production features Holden playing a multitude of characters, with a live, Americana-inspired musical score written and performed by John Patrick Elliott. Catch this true crime masterpiece as it takes up residence at the Other Palace from December 3rd to February 1st, 2026.
Set in Skidmore, Missouri, Kenrex revisits the unsettling true story of 10 July 1981, when dozens witnessed a man being murdered in broad daylight, yet none admitted to seeing anything. Blurring the lines between true crime and Western myth, Kenrex paints a haunting portrait of an American town and the secrets it keeps.
Please note: The producers can't guarantee the appearance of any performers on any specific date.
