Paddington is packing his suitcase and marmalade sandwiches this November to cause mischief at The Savoy Theatre (we just hope he doesn't flood the bathrooms) tickets are now on sale! Whether you grew up with the more than 29 books of this National Treasure or fell head over heels for the films, one thing's for sure: this will be one heck of a paw-formance.
About The Show
When this little but ever-so-polite bear from Peru arrives in London seeking a place to belong, a meeting with the Brown family lands him in the charming neighbourhood of Windsor Gardens.
However, life in London isn't all warm welcomes and marmalade sandwiches and even the most loving families can hide their troubles. When danger unexpectedly threatens Paddington, the Browns are faced with a difficult choice: how far will they go, and what will they risk, to protect the bear who's become one of their own?
With music by Tom Fletcher of McFly and a book by the Olivier Award-winning playwright Jessica Swale, Paddington will be directed by Luke Sheppard (& Juliet, In The Heights). If that wasn't enough to get you booking faster than Paddington can say "thank you kindly" well, we don't know what is!
