I'm Sorry, Prime Minister

I'm Sorry, Prime Minister at Richmond Theatre

Why see I'm Sorry, Prime Minister?

The Final Entry

From the BAFTA Award-winning mind of Jonathan Lynn, co-creator of Yes, Minister and Yes, Prime Minister, comes the final chapter in Britain's most beloved political satire! I'm Sorry, Prime Minister, taking to the road in 2026! Join Jim and Humphrey as they step away from Westminster, only to find themselves in another political quagmire after Jim gets cancelled at Oxford university!

What Is The Story?

Decades after leaving Downing Street behind, Jim Hacker has traded cabinet reshuffles for quiet contemplation at the picturesque Hacker College, Oxford. But peace is in short supply when the college committee turns on him, and Jim finds himself in a very modern crisis: he gets cancelled. Enter Sir Humphrey to the fray, to try and wield his curmudgeonly brand of circumlocution once again. I'm Sorry, Prime Minister is a hilarious epilogue for a series that, in a sense, pays homage to the ultimate British pastime: muddling your way through things.
