MAGICAL FROM START TO END!

Seeing the Harry Potter universe come to life on stage was a truly magical experience, from start to end! The show must have had a massive budget to cater for all the special effects and technical wizardry... it really is unlike anything else on the West End! And a must-see for any Harry Potter fans too.

WIZARDING WONDER

A beautiful and highly entertaining glimpse into a world at once familiar and totally different! Hard to say a lot about the show (#KEEPTHESECRETS) but if you're a Potter fan and/or a fan of incredible stagecraft, you need to see this magical marvel.

ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL

Wow. Just wow. I had high expectations going in and was still blown away by the incredible stage effects... properly magic. You'd think two full shows in one day would feel like too much but the brilliantly acted, magically staged, compelling story just races happily past.

AMAZING SHOW

We absolutely loved it and the special effects were incredible but avoid seats 28, 29 and 30 on each side as, despite being the third most expensive seats, you'll find yourself behind a column and unable to see the sides of the stage and some of the wonderful performances of the talented cast.

MAGICAL & MAGNIFICENT

We saw both productions in one day and they were fabulous. Lots of illusion and slight of hand as you expect from Harry Potter and mindblowing lighting effects. The music is excellent and the actors were equally good. A very enjoyable experience, and as a non Potter head, I was entralled and immersed. Brilliant!

BRILLIANT BUT......

Fantastic special effects. However final scene is too long and un necessarily so. It dragged on and spoilt an otherwise great play. Fight scene in 2nd half is not as good as in the first half. Also need to stop letting latecomers in. 4 lots of people entered at various times in both afternoon and evening. Spoilt the play for all those in the rows/area involved. People don't just sit and be quiet, some came in and proceeded to chat/open sweets etc.

SPECIAL EFFECTS ARE MAGICAL BUT PLAY IS LENGTHY

Part1 we felt dragged a bit, part 2 was much better. The effects on stage were magical, very good. We enjoyed it and defo worth a watch. However the actors aren’t microphoned so at times it was hard to hear the dialogue. A lot of others around us said the same thing. And we also thought that the play could really be done in half the time as certain parts did drag! It’s a cramped theatre too so anyone with leg or knee issues be aware the seats and space is minimal very limited leg room. Otherwise a great story and a great ending to the Harry Potter saga. Pleased we’ve seen it.

BREATHTAKING Magical hijinks

Any Potter fan lucky enough to get their hands on tickets to this dazzling behemoth of a double bill will not regret it.

It's another two part review from London Theatreland's Kitty and Teia, who were bowled over by the further adventures of the Boy Who Lived (and Grew Up And Got A Desk Job). Read on to see what they had to say about 2016's biggest theatre event.
