The premiere of that brand new stage version of All About Eve is set to light up London this February. Starring Gillian Anderson and Lily James, the new production is set to begin performances at the Noel Coward Theatre on February 2 for a limited run through to May 11.
Based off the 1950s hit film, All About Eve follows successful actress Margo Channing as she becomes embroiled in a dangerous game of copycat with a young and ambitious Eve. Ivo Van Hove is directing the play with music being provided by the iconic PJ Harvey.
The cast also features Julian Ovenden as Bill, Monica Dolan as Karen, Sheila Reid as Birdie and Rhashan Stone as Lloyd.

What is All About Eve about?
The original Single White Female, All About Eve follows the story of beloved 1940s Broadway star Margot Channing, whose glittering success both on the stage and in her personal life are threatened by the appearance of the youthful superfan and new assistant, Eve.
What begins as adoration soon turns to a dangerous obsession as Eve insinuates herself into every aspect of Margot's life. Increasingly isolated and paranoid of her new shadow, Margot finds herself sprawling into madness as Eve's scheming begins its final, horrifying stage.
All About Eve works terrifically, in part because the cast and script are excellent, in part because Can Hove's usual box of live video tricks is so apt for a story that always felt half of film, half of theatre
