The leading lady of the moment, Carrie Hope Fletcher will star as Cinderella in Andrew Lloyd Webber's reinvention of the classic! Fletcher can currently be seen starring as Fantine in Les Miserables at the Sondheim Theatre.
Alongside her theatre credits Fletcher is also an accomplished writer with three novels and one non-fiction book all under her belt. She's also a successful YouTube star with 652,000 subscribers!
This brand new reinvention of the classic tales comes courtesy of Killy Eve's Emmy award-winning writer Emerald Fennell with lyrics by David Zippel and direction from Laurence Connor. Andrew Lloyd Webber, will, of course, provide the score!
Will the main storyline be kept? Or, we will follow the story of Cinderella under a new guise? Only time will tell! But, one thing is for sure Cinderella is set to be the most talked-about musical of 2020!
