Jane Krakowski to Star in Oh, Mary!
Oh, Jane!
Broadway star Jane Krakowski is heading to London to take on the title role in Oh, Mary!, succeeding Lolly Adefope in the West End production this December. The Tony Award-winning and Emmy-nominated actress will return to the role of Mary Todd Lincoln after previously starring in the Broadway production for a limited run in autumn 2025. Krakowski's London run will begin on 7 December 2026 and continue until 16 January 2027, with booking for the show now extended until 5 June 2027.
Krakowski is best known for playing Jenna Maroney in 30 Rock and Jacqueline White in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Theatre fans may also recognise her from her Olivier Award-winning performance in the West End production of Guys and Dolls, as well as her Tony Award-winning role in Nine on Broadway.
About Oh, Mary!
Written by Cole Escola and directed by Sam Pinkleton, Oh, Mary! offers a wildly irreverent take on former First Lady Mary Todd Lincoln, reimagining her as a repressed, alcoholic woman with a passion for cabaret. Since its Off-Broadway debut in January 2024, the comedy has transferred to Broadway, earned five Tony Award nominations and become a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
Krakowski will take over from Lolly Adefope, whose final performance is scheduled for 5 December 2026. The current West End cast also includes Lucy Frederick, J.R. Ballantyne, Vinnie Heaven and Syrus Lowe.
Oh, Mary! is playing at the Trafalgar Theatre, with tickets available to book until 5 June 2027.
